Shipping, Deliveries & Payments

We ship all our packages through major logistics companies. Since products may break in transit, we create bespoke wooden packages for our orders. Delivery charges include packaging charges, and only part of the charges are borne by the customer; we bear part of it (Home Decorative). Shipping is charged on invoice value as follows -

Guarantee Delivery Time
 

All India delivery time, 3-7 days, but may take 8-9 days depending on location. At times, there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control.

After order confirmation, our in-house logistics team ships the products within 1-2 days after order confirmation. Ship products to our buyers across India are shipped by our logistics partners. Tracking details and Partner details for your orders are sent to you via email upon dispatch of your order. Only after the dispatch of your order, the order status page for your account will reflect any change. You can even visit the partner websites to manually check the status of your orders by putting in the AWB number sent to you via email.

Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide a complete & accurate shipping address, including a zip code and a mobile number. This will ensure a faster and better delivery. In case your package is being returned to us, let us know at shhome199@gmail.com or at +91 8875300275 so we can resend it as soon as we receive it.


PAYMENTS
is accepted for all eligible pin codes. no Ineligible orders won't be accepted. We accept all major debit & credit cards and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.

EMI payment method is available as well, just follow the following steps -

1. Choose Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI as the payment options.

2. You will be directed to the Payumoney page, wherein you can choose to opt for debit or credit cards which will have options to convert your payment into easy EMI's for the following banks - ​

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy is very flexible and customer-friendly. We try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, and we welcome replacements on the following terms -

  • A wrong product has been dispatched, and if a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation

  • If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect in the received product.

  • If the product is received in a damaged condition.

If the product doesn’t fit into your desired decor, we will refund you the amount of the bought product after taking out the partial cost of freight based on the invoice value, as follows: order value.

 Breakages

 
In the case of breakage or transit damage, please send a picture of the product via WhatsApp to any of the numbers mentioned below, and it will be taken care of immediately.

Please consider these points: For our reference, we will require the original packaging with any foam and cushioning inside for the safe return journey of the product, even if it is broken.


Cancellation

For our hand-made products, there might be slight differences in texture, colour, and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our patrons to consider that the artisans make each piece individually—the variations add uniqueness to each product.

 

For orders that are customised, we may ask for a good faith payment of 50% of the total invoice amount.

All the products already listed in our store, except the customised ones, are made to order. A minimum prepayment of 50% of the total invoice amount must be made.


Return Process


1. Our return policy applies within 7 days from receipt of the product and only for the following reasons: damaged product, Manufacturing defect, or incorrect product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered, as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at

2. Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged parts and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for the return. You can send us the images at info@loyalcraft.in from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility for return.
